Timothy Burns' law practice focuses on misdemeanor and felony criminal defense, estate planning, probate court representation, contract law issues, small business representation, traffic offense, ordinance violations, and consumer protection advocacy in the Metropolitan Detroit Area.  He has successfully represented hundreds of clients during his legal career.

In addition to being a Member of the State Bar of Michigan in Good Standing, Timothy is admitted to practice law in the U.S. Federal Court's Eastern District of Michigan and the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals.  He was one of the first attorneys in Michigan to receive an ICLE Probate Law & Estate Planning Certificate which designates an individual as an authority in this field of legal representation.
