i am an active trial attorney in a general practice firm. most of my litigation experience is in personal injury matters but i also have handled civil rights, real estate, estate and matromonial trials.  i have appeared in cases in over 30 upstate counties in NY  i also have an active real estate, estate planning practice.

my outside interests include being a HS basketball official for over 30 years and i still play in an adult baseball league. 

i am active in local,state and national bar associations.  i currently am Chair of the Torts, Insurance and Compensation Law Section of the NYSBA.  i am immediate past chair of the NYSBA Veteran's Committee.

i have lectured to other lawyer frequently and have been on the faculty at the NYSBA Young Lawyers Trial Academy held at Cornell Law School for the last six years.
