I practice in the areas of employment law and general litigation. I represent employers and employees in various matters. I handle matters involving employments agreements, unemployment, severence, restrictive covenants, employment benefits and discrimination.

I also practice in the area of general commercial litigation. I represent individuals and businesses in commercial, contractual, construction and collection litigation.

Additionally, many of my clients are the administrators and owners of Senior Care and Nursing Home Facilities in which I help ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for the operations of these locations.
