A native of Laconia, Tim began his legal career as a litigator and trial attorney with a wide range of experience in federal and state court as well as arbitration.  Tim has successfully litigated and tried complex commercial, probate, land use and other civil cases.  Tim also has experience in cases involving potential criminal exposure.  In addition to his courtroom experience, Tim has advised companies on all manner of issues from transactional to compliance to risk management.  

Tim earned his B.A. in Russian language from The College of the Holy Cross in 2000, and he graduated from Boston College Law School in 2009.  In between, Tim served for 6 years in the United States Marine Corps and later worked in Sarajevo as a prosecution intern at the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina in its war crimes section.
