Timothy J Pollard

Tim J. Pollard is a founding Partner of TUCKER | POLLARD. Tim has extensive real estate and business experience, having worked as a realtor, loan officer, and also as a Customer Relations Manager for a fortune 100 home developer prior to practicing law. In addition to Tim’s experience in the area of real estate, he is also experienced in all aspects of business and corporate transactions, family law, personal injury and litigation. Since forming TUCKER | POLLARD, Tim has handled cases involving a wide array of real estate, business, corporate, family law and general civil litigation disputes including personal injury cases. 

Tim earned his Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California in 2010. While in law school, he worked as a summer associate for JP Morgan Chase’s in-house general legal counsel and he interned for a boutique business and real estate litigation firm in Newport Beach. Prior to law school, Tim received his undergraduate degree in Communication Public Argumentation and Rhetoric from California State University, San Bernardino. Tim also obtained his M.B.A. with a concentration in finance, prior to law school. Tim is a member of State Bar of California and the Orange County Bar Association.
