Custody and Visitation
Few areas of the law are as challenging as custody resolution and litigation. And, no area of law is as personally important and emotional to the individual involved. Custody, partial custody, visitation, legal custody, shared custody, supervised visitation, custody evaluation, home studies. Whatever the issue, the attorneys at Reese, Samley, Wagenseller, Mecum & Longer, P.C., have a wealth of experience in these and related custodial matters.
Experience where it countsWe have attended countless custody conferences and mediation sessions and tried literally hundreds of custody cases before every family law judge in Lancaster County. The attorneys who are active in this area of practice have over 30 years of experience each and are themselves parents! Mr. Reese is a former court appointed Child Custody Conference Officer. We provide caring, compassionate guidance which is as aggressive as circumstances require. We don’t seek to exacerbate and make matters worse. Yet when protection is needed for the best interest of your children, we know how and when to seek it.
Few firms can match our experience. And no firm will exceed our interest in your case and our trusting advice and guidance. If you have or anticipate an issue concerning the most important people in your life – your children – call us today.
