Mr. Fiscella is a life-long resident of the Chicago-land area.  He attended the University of Illinois where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance.   He later earned his Juris Doctorate Degree at Chicago-Kent College of Law.

Prior to starting his own practice, Mr. Fiscella worked with another Chicago area defense firm focusing on a variety of criminal matters throughout the country.  Mr. Fiscella has defended clients in a number of complex jury and bench trials in federal and state court. He has worked on legal teams defending clients charged with murder, RICO and organized crime allegations, kidnapping, conspiracy, aggravated battery, possession and sale of narcotics, white collar crimes, violent crimes, weapon possession, and a variety of other matters.
