Biography
Tim has been practicing civil litigation since 1987 throughout Northern California and the Central Valley. He is experienced in complex civil litigation and has litigated cases in the areas of business and commercial law, commercial lease disputes, business torts, unlawful competition, legal malpractice, personal injury, real estate, trust and probate litigation and fiduciary abuse. He has handled a variety of jury and bench trials in both state and federal courts, and his experience extends to appellate and writ proceedings in both federal and state courts of appeal. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of California, and before the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
In addition to practicing law, Tim currently serves as an adjunct professor teaching a number of law courses for the Paralegal Program at Humphreys College, in Stockton. He is an inactive member of the Judge Consuelo M. Callahan Inn of Court and of Toastmaster’s International. From 2002 through 2004, he served on the San Joaquin County Youth Accountability Board, a diversionary program for one-time non-violent youthful offenders.
