I was born in raised in Great Falls, Montana by Warren and Sue Wenz.  My father is an attorney still practicing in Great Falls and my mother is since retired.  I have a sister, Jennifer, who is a representative for Eli Lily living in Denver, CO.

 I graduated high school in 1995 and studied History and Poltiical Science at Concordia College in Moorhead, MN.  While attending school there I played 3 years of varsity football and was active on campus.  

After graduating from college, I attended the University of Montana School of Law.  I was elected Student Bar Association Vice President my 3rd year and graduated in 2002.  After graduation I took a job with the Flathead county Attorney's Office in Kalispell, MT.  During my time at the County Attorney's office I succesfully prosecuted both felony and misdemeanor cases.  I conducted trials ranging from simple careless driving tickets, to sexual assaults and methamphetamine production matters.  I left the County Attorney's office in 2007 to open my own practice.  

Since 2007 my practice has revolved around Criminal Defense, DUI Defense, Personal Injury and some family law.  I have successfully defended numerous offenses, including DUI, assaults, TRO Violations and more.  

I love living in Kalispell.  The scenery is beautiful and there is so much to do!  My girlfriend and our 2 dogs love to hike and run.  I also love to ski, golf, and enjoy the lake as much as possible.
