Tim Takacs is recognized nationwide as a leader in the important and demanding area of elder law. His innovations have transformed the way this specialty of law is practiced in the United States. Takacs has been in private practice in the Nashville area since 1980.

He is the architect of the “Life Care Planning” approach to elder law which features a team of attorneys, care coordinators, insurance experts, and others who work together to help families deal with challenges created by long life and disability.
