Biography

Timothy M. Pletter is the managing attorney of Ambrogio, Pletter and Associates, LLC and is a graduate of Brandeis University and Villanova Law School. Tim helps consumers and small-business owners rebuild their lives after job loss, uninsured medical expenses, foreclosure, business problems and insurmountable credit-card debt. He also helps people obtain mortgage loan modifications. Tim has used Connecticut’s Foreclosure Mediation Program to save hundreds of homes since the program’s inception in 2008. Since 1995, he has helped thousands of Connecticut residents save their homes and avoid civil judgments. Tim has been negotiating short sales for homeowners since the mid-1990s.
