Tim Miley is one of West Virginia's top recognized lawyers for his innovative and aggressive skills.  He dedicates 100% of his practice, The Miley Legal Group, to personal injury cases including cases such as: car accidents, truck wrecks, wrongful death claims, motorcycle accidents, child injuries, and medical malpractice. 

Tim is the author of the book, "The 7 Biggest Mistakes that will Wreck your West Virginia Accident Claim."  He provides the book for free to West Virginia residents.  He also partnered with a select group of leading attorneys across America to co-author the forthcoming book, "A Wolf in Sheep's Clothing: What your Insurance Company Doesn't Want you to Know and Won't Tell you Until it's too Late."

Outside of the legal world, Tim has been honored by being elected to the West Virginia House of Delegates.  He represents the 48th District and serve as the Minority Leader.  Having the firm, serving in the legislature, and spending time with his wife and stepdaughter keeps him pretty busy.
