Tina Abramovitch is a founding partner of Badesch∙Abramovitch, LLC. Tina received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, in 1998. She attended DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, where she received her Juris Doctorate in 2002, along with a Certificate in Family Law. She has devoted her practice and efforts exclusively to Family Law matters since her early days in law school. Tina carries extraordinary experience, knowledge, and insight into the practice of family law, thanks to her boundless energy and dedication to the field and to her clientele. Tina’s strong client advocacy and steadfast dedication to each of her clients permeates all aspects of her domestic relations practice.

Tina has successfully represented individuals on numerous multi-faceted issues throughout Illinois, including but not limited to: marital dissolution; paternity; custody; visitation; child support and maintenance issues; asset identification and allocation; valuation and disposition of substantial business interests; pre and postnuptial agreements; post-decree enforcement litigation; gay and lesbian family law, invalidity of marriage; legal separation; adoption; orders of protection; and jurisdictional matters. Her colleagues and her opponents alike attribute her high frequency of success for her clients to her exceptionally persuasive demeanor.

She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association (Family Law Section), the Chicago Bar Association (Matrimonial Law Committee) Women’s Bar Association, and the Chicago Council of Lawyers. Tina was born in Montreal, Canada. She speaks fluent French, and is conversant in Hebrew and Yiddish.
