As a former Senior Staff Attorney, (consistent with a Senior Assistant Public Defender elsewhere), at the Legal Aid Society of Westchester County NY for over two decades, Todd gained valuable experience as a criminal defense trial lawyer. He has obtained the status of a highly skilled and successful case and courtroom negotiator and litigator, which has transfered over to his private criminal defense and continually expanding civil practice.
