Born and raised in Dade County, Todd is a partner of Stabinski & Funt, PA. He is a 1996 graduate of St. Thomas University School of Law, where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity, and a 1994 graduate of the University of Michigan. He is a member of the American Bar Association, American Association of Justice, Florida Justice Association, Dade County Bar Association and  Board Member of the Florida Association for Insurance Refrom. He is married with two children and is fluent in Spanish.
