Todd Nissenholtz is a Cofman Townsley litigation partner. He focuses his law practice on personal injury and class action claims, including matters related to wrongful death and catastrophic injuries. Mr. Nissenholtz’s litigation practice concentrates on complicated products liability and tort claims involving serious burns, electrical injuries, brain injuries, and spinal cord injuries.

 Mr. Nissenholtz attended the University of Texas for his undergraduate studies, where he graduated with honors in 1999. He then earned his Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law in 2003, where he served as Research Editor for the Emory International Law Review and clerked for Justice P. Harris Hines of the Georgia Supreme Court.

 Mr. Nissenholtz has proven himself a forceful litigator, with two of his cases named among the top 2010 results in Missouri Lawyers Weekly. He was also named an Up and Coming Lawyer by Missouri Lawyers Weekly.

Mr. Nissenholtz is authorized to practice law in Missouri and Illinois.
