I am currently a partner at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP in Columbus, Ohio. My practice encompasses real estate and business legal matters.

For the majority of my career, I was Managing Partner of Collis Law Group LLC, named a first tier best Ohio law firm by U.S. News and World Report for 9 consecutive years.

I represent individuals and companies in real estate, business, corporate, employment, and government and health care matters. My practice includes real estate matters such as the purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial and residential properties, formation of companies, counseling on day-to-day operations, preparation of contracts, employment agreements, and buy-sell agreements.

I also routinely represent individuals and companies in government and adminstrative law matters including applications, discipline, and adminstative hearings.
