Tom Jacob graduated first in his class from Baylor Law School, was editor-in-chief of the Baylor Law Review and named top advocate in the Top Gun competition. He received highest marks in course work involving Federal Courts, Federal Administrative Law, Legislation, Administrative Power & Procedure, and Civil Procedure.

Tom clerked for on the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals after graduating from law school. The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals is the final court of appeals for those cases unable to be heard that United States Supreme Court. The Fifth Circuit hears appeals from all federal courts in Texas, Mississippi, and Louisiana.

After clerking, Tom joined Archuleta, Alsaffar, & Higginbotham, P.C. His practice involves federal medical malpractice and personal injury cases. Tom has had the opportunity to represent clients before federal courts in Pennsylvania, Florida, Virginia, Tennessee, Mississippi, Texas, Arizona, Washington state, California, and many others.
