Tommy M. Troncoso is the managing attorney of the Law Offices of Tommy M. Troncoso.  He represents and fights for the rights of people who have been injured, hurt or harmed by the wrongful conduct of others.  In addition, he represents families who have suffered the death of a loved one due to the wrongful conduct of others.

Tommy only represents people, not large corporations, government entities or insurance companies.  He established the firm with the goal of providing high quality legal representation to people regardless of their wealth, race, color, gender, sexual orientation or religion.  He does this by taking cases on a contingency basis.  This means he does not charge any money up front and you never pay him a penny in legal fees unless he is able to recover money for you.

Tommy's path to becoming an attorney was a bit different than most.  He became an attorney despite the fact that he never graduated from a law school. Instead, he learned law the old fashioned way, by "reading the law" and apprenticing with an experienced attorney. He then sat for the California Bar Exam and passed it on his first attempt, making him one of only six people in the preceding ten years to study law in this fashion and pass the California Bar Exam on the first attempt.

Tommy completed his undergraduate studies at UCLA, where he earned a bachelor of arts degree in history.
