Tory Bernsen is owner and attorney at Dowd Bernsen, Attorney at Law, LLC in St. Louis. She focuses her practice on criminal defense and appellate advocacy. She has successfully defended clients on charges ranging from murder to assault, sex offenses, stealing, drug crimes, and DWI's. Tory focuses her practice on DWI (and accompanying driver's license issues) and appellate advocacy. Tory has prosecuted numerous appeals and post conviction relief actions.
