Biography

Born and raised in Jesup, Georgia, Tracy is married to the former Michele O’Quinn. Together they have three children, Dylan, Keri, Kaydin and one grandchild, Myla.

Upon graduating from Wayne County High School, Tracy attended Georgia Southwestern University and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. While working as an Intensive Probation Officer for the State of Georgia, Tracy began law school at Florida Coastal School of Law and earned his Juris Doctorate in 2001.

Mr. Brown’s practice has predominantly focused on Personal Injury and Family Law, including Divorce and Child Custody matters. In addition to his trial duties in Domestic Law, Tracy also represents clients in Criminal matters, both on the State and Federal levels. Mr. Brown also handles Real Estate, Probate and General Litigation Practice.
