Since being licensed to practice law in Georgia, Tracy Drake has been successfully representing clients with their civil and criminal matters for over 28 years. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Middle Grades in Math and Science from West Georgia College in 1992 and graduated Cum Laude. Tracy then received her J.D. with honors from the University of Georgia in 1995 graduating Cum Laude and her Masters in 2015 in Middle Grades Education in Math and Science.

Tracy S. Drake has earned a wide reputation for her persuasive trial advocacy, and passion for defending clients. Her firm vigorously defends clients facing misdemeanor and felony criminal charges, divorce, and child custody cases. 

Tracy is loving mother to her children Taylor, Robbie and Marley and an amazing spouse to her husband Scott. She is a fashionista in the truest sense and is a shoe enthusiast.
