I am a trial attorney in Tustin, California specializing in elder abuse and neglect cases against a variety of medical and non-medical facilities.

I knew early on in my life that I wanted to practice law after a close family member was injured through medical malpractice. While my passion throughout life has been baseball, my heart belongs to pursuing justice for those who've been wronged.

Injury law for me, is very personal. The suffering, loss or death caused to a person through someone else's neglect is a wrong I pursue to make right.

Two cases that I am very proud of;

• Medical malpractice – Failure to diagnose a subdural hematoma, resulting in a $1.25 million recovery for the client.
• Medical malpractice – Failure to diagnose epidural abscess and a pressure ulcer, resulting in a $1.15 million recovery for the client.
