Attorney Twitchell has successfully represented clients involved in multi-million dollar damage claims and other complex issues through to resolution. Additionally, he has a successful record in litigation for matters of probate, trust, and guardianship disputes. Mr. Twitchell has been an instructor on probate practice.

Mr. Twitchell is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and is licensed to practice before all Nevada State Courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, and the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
