Biography

As a former Trial Attorney with Federal Defenders of San Diego, Inc., Mr. Packer received trial advocacy training from some of the most respected criminal defense attorneys in the country. Mr. Packer is a graduate of the Federal CJA Trial Skills Academy and the National Criminal Defense College advanced cross examination program. Mr. Packer has handled hundreds of cases in state and federal courts throughout Southern California, including both trial and appellate courts.
