Attorney Tushaar Desai was born in Zambia, Africa, and speaks Gujarati fluently. He grew up in Winter Park, Florida, where he established his practice. After completing a Bachelors of Arts with a major in Sociology at the University of Florida, he obtained a Juris Doctorate at the Florida A. & M. University - College of Law.
