Tyler J. Hudson focuses his practice in the area of public companies and securities. During law school, Mr. Hudson was the executive articles editor of the University of Florida Journal of Law & Public Policy and an executive board member of the Florida Moot Court Team. He also served as a teaching assistant for his appellate advocacy, and legal research and writing courses.

Prior to law school, Mr. Hudson worked for three years as a consultant with a leading public affairs firm in Washington, D.C., where he helped manage integrated government relations campaigns for multinational corporations and trade associations in the aviation, pharmaceutical and reinsurance industries.
