Tyler J. Winkleman is an experienced personal and business attorney with a diverse practice, including estate planning, probate and trust administration, entity creation and oversight, business planning, and real estate. A primary focus of his practice is on consultation with individuals regarding estate planning matters, preparation of estate planning documents on behalf of individuals and families, and trust and probate administration. 

Tyler also handles incorporation and organization of business corporations and limited liability companies, preparation of shareholder agreements, by-laws, and operating agreements, and consults with business owners concerning corporate and limited liability company issues. He provides guidance regarding ongoing operations and legal liability issues and provides business-focused legal support in areas including real estate, corporate governance, and preparation and review of business contracts.
