Admitted to practice law in all courts in the State of New York in the year 2000, I am also a dual Irish-American citizen.  In over twenty years of law practice in New York City, I have acquired the highly specialist knowledge of litigating serious personal injury cases in the New York courts. I'm also very interested in medicine, and have developed as a practitioner with a particular focus on medicine.  As an attorney in several prominent medical malpractice firms, and as a solo practitioner since 2012, I have recovered many substantial awards and settlements for my clients in serious personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice cases.  These monetary awards have been life-changing for my clients and their families.

My track record of success in medical malpractice cases include adeptly handling surgical error, post-operative failure to monitor, delayed diagnosis of cancer, failure to treat post-operative infection, nursing home 'bed sore' injury cases, disfigurement from botched plastic surgery, Emergency Room failure to order the appropriate tests, paramedic negligence in treating a patient in the field, and many other serious cases, including those that resulted in the death of the patient. 

My office also handles the administration of deceased clients' estates in the Surrogate's Courts, and I personally ensure that each case is handled correctly from the beginning to the very end.
