Present Tennessee representations are completely dedicated to U.S. Federal Immigration and Naturalization cases.

Previous California representations were concentrated on U.S. Federal Immigration and Naturalization cases (with criminal defense to resolve in state matters).

Mrs. Lopez's daily focus is fighting for the legal rights of immigration clients involving deportation, removal proceedings, and asylum with an array of naturalization concerns that stem from people locally, and all over the planet. She and her staff work tirelessly on behalf of each and every client to acheive the results they want and deserve. Valerie clearly understands the impact a immigration story has on a family and referrals are a reflection of her numerous legal accomplishments.

Mrs. Lopez was a senior associate at an established Los Angeles criminal defense firm.  She is a graduate of Georgetown University and Pepperdine School of Law.  Mrs. Lopez also served as an adjunct law professor at Pierce College, Chaffey College, and Los Angeles Mission College.  She served as legal council on the Board of Directors of Hostel International, and is a member of California Attorneys for Criminal Justice, American Immigration Lawyers Association, Federal Bar Association, National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws, Americans for Safe Access and the National Association of Criminal defense Lawyers. Mrs. Lopez is admitted to practice in all California State Courts and in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
