He leverages his significant experience with complex trust matters relating to living trusts, family limited partnerships, charitable trusts, irrevocable trusts and community property agreements.

In addition, Mr. Moheban represents families and individuals regarding the preservation, management and transfer of wealth. He represents individuals, family businesses and corporate fiduciaries in connection with the planning and execution of substantial and complex trusts and estates, including long-term care planning. His estate planning counseling has saved clients millions of dollars in taxes, avoided probate and minimized exposure from creditors and government claims.

Mr. Moheban also handles probates and trust litigation. He has litigated and recovered assets and funds in elder abuse cases, will contests, probate proceedings, conservatorships and related probate and trust disputes.
