Representative Experience

Vanessa has developed a practical understanding of a wide range of issues and disputes related to family law and estate planning and she uses her experience, resolve, and sound judgment to craft effective solutions for your complex problems. She has worked on a variety of family law cases including divorce, asset protection, child custody, paternity, modification of custody and visitation, post-divorce enforcement issues, annulments, and common law marriages.  Vanessa has also assisted clients in will preparations, drafting powers of attorney, and health directives.  Vanessa believes one of the most important aspects of her practice is seeing the "big picture" and knowing that every person and every case is unique. Vanessa will effectively represent the individual interests of every client to help them achieve their legal goals.
