Venu G. Nair is an Associate at the law firm Tobin O'Connor & Ewing.  He is a graduate of the University of Alabama (1998), the University of Texas School of Law (2000) and the George Washington University School of Business (2008).  He is actively licensed to practice in both the District of Columbia and the State of Texas.  

Prior to joining Tobin, O’Connor & Ewing, Mr. Nair represented management interests for a major metropolitan education system.  While working in the State of Texas, Mr. Nair represented numerous Fortune 500 companies in mass toxic tort and asbestos-related litigation.  

Mr. Nair’s practice at the firm focuses on representing hospitals, government contractors and transportation companies in management-side labor and employment issues including but not limited to Title VII defense, workplace discrimination and harassment issues, and collective bargaining.
