Veronica Martinez is the Managing Attorney and Director of Litigation at CNL Law Firm. Since becoming licensed in 2011, she has dedicated her practice exclusively to family law, bringing a strong combination of legal expertise, strategic advocacy, and compassionate counsel to her clients.

Veronica represents clients in complex family law matters, including divorce, parental responsibility (custody), child support, spousal maintenance, property division, post-decree modifications, protection orders, and enforcement actions. She also assists clients in crafting pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements to safeguard their financial futures.

Veronica earned her Bachelor of Arts from Colorado College in 2007, majoring in History and Political Science. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2011. During law school, she gained invaluable experience through internships with the Denver Public Defender’s Office, the Judge Advocate General’s Office at Buckley Air Force Base, and several family law firms.

Coming from a family of attorneys, Veronica has been passionate about the law from an early age. Raised in a small town in Northern New Mexico, she understands the critical role legal advocacy plays in times of crisis. She is committed to ensuring access to high-quality legal representation for families throughout the Denver Metro area, including Denver, Arapahoe, Douglas, Jefferson, Elbert, and El Paso counties.

Veronica is an active member of the Colorado Bar Association, Arapahoe County Bar Association, the Family Law Section, and the Douglas/Elbert County Bar Association. She previously served as the President of the Douglas/Elbert County Bar Association. She currently serves as a Douglas County Regional High School Mock Trial Tournament Planning Board Member.
