Vicky Fealy is Board Certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1997. For more than 25 years, she has guided individuals and small businesses through a variety of paths when facing financial difficulties. She has proudly provided outstanding bankruptcy legal representation for thousands of Houston consumers and businesses on matters such as Chapter 7 bankruptcy, Chapter 13 bankruptcy, credit card debt, IRS problems, repossessions, judgments, foreclosures, bankruptcy litigation, business liquidation, business reorganization, and halting creditor harassment. Her practice has included litigating numerous highly contested issues in the bankruptcy courts.

After years of representing thousands of clients, Ms. Fealy recognizes that few people plan to file for bankruptcy, but life circumstances can place anyone in a financial crisis. Drawing on her extensive experience, she understands the stressful situations that lead people to contemplate filing. She considers it a privilege to meet personally with every client and provide high-quality, confidential legal services with both compassion and skill. She currently serves as the state chair for the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys for the Southern District of Texas and is the President-elect of the American Inns of Court–Arthur Moller/David Foltz Chapter.
