Victor A. Garnice joined Nirenstein Garnice Soderquist PLC after 24 years in private practice where he primarily focused on representing clients in divorce, mediation and family law matters.

One of his greatest strengths lies in his ability to provide sound and up-to-date advice in the area of multi-state custody litigation regarding jurisdictional issues. He is also an involved and passionate advocate for his clients, both at the trial and appellate level. He is well-known for his creative approach to solving legal situations that are potential quagmires for many other family law attorneys and his success in family law mediation.

Mr. Garnice has served as Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Pro Tem. His experience with matters regarding real estate, bankruptcy and commercial litigation, provides additional benefit to his current divorce and family law clientele.
