Mr. Victor De la Flor Kivaki is a licensed attorney in the states of New York and Florida, and the Republic of Peru. He has more than ten years of international professional experience, including the United States, Latin America, and Europe. He is experienced in contract negotiation and legal risk management within multinational corporations, particularly in top 100 companies. His international corporate experience includes legal counseling Peruvian investors in opening new entities in Europe, and Spanish and Middle Eastern investors in setting up subsidiaries in the United States and different countries in Latin America.

He is also experienced in immigration law, family-based, employment-based, and investment-based. He has advised different clients in their immigration issues adn represented immigrants in immigration courts nationwide.

He is fluent in English and Spanish, and proficient in Portuguese.
