My name is Victor J. Medina and I am the managing partner of Medina Law Group.  I came to serving the needs of families through a background of other-centered service.  I studied counseling psychology at Tufts University and have a passion for working one-on-one with clients in a way that will truly better their lives.  I devote my professional life to Central New Jerseyans with innovative, forward-thinking, custom legal and financial guidance.

For families in crisis and families in need, I provide principled counseling and responsible advocacy.  Proactively, I create estate plans that protect them and their families as they transition wealth from one generation to the next.  My clients include young families with minor children, families with special needs children of all ages, entrepreneurs with business considerations, established families with dynasty goals and the elderly.  In matters of estate planning, I provide tailored plans that protect minor children and focus on passing on more than just financial wealth, but also spiritual, emotional and intellectual wealth assets. 

My goal is to become the trusted advisor and lifetime legal counsel for my clients.  I keep ongoing contact with my clients through the bi-weekly e-zines, monthly newsletters and formal meetings either yearly or every three years.

I attended the Northeastern University  School of Law on full merit scholarship. I am a member of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, a national organization of attorneys dedicated to serving the estate planning needs of individuals, families & businesses through lifetime-focused strategies.  From time to time, I lend my time and talent to area organizations, such as the Hopewell Lions Club and Hopewell YMCA.

I also devote part of my practice to school law and represent many area school districts, such as West Windsor-Plainsboro Regional and Perth Amboy Public Schools, and serve as a Trustee of the New Jersey Association of School Attorneys.

I speak frequently to public and private groups, such as local mom's clubs and special needs support groups, as well as other attorneys, accountants, and finance professionals. A believer in the value of neighborhoods, I derive great satisfaction in giving back to my community, primarily by providing education and guidance in my areas of experience. When I am not busy with my law practice, I enjoy spending time with my wife Jennifer and our three sons, Aidan, Lucas & Dylan.
