Victoria Shteiman is the founding attorney of Shteiman & Khenkin, Staten Island New York. She has been representing banks, purchasers, borrowers, sellers, and private lenders for over 14 years in the state of New York and New Jersey.

Mrs. Shteiman has also represented major mortgage lenders in various real estate transactions including purchase money mortgages, straight refinances, prior mortgage assignments in conjunction with New Money Mortgage(s) and CEMA agreements, coop loans.

She is currently engaged in underwriting of title insurance policies for Alvig Abstract LLC, as an agent for Conestoga Title Insurance Company and Chester Abstract Corp., as an agent for Old Republic Title Insurance Company.
