Biography
Victoriano Rodríguez is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. His practice focuses on Social Security Disability. Victoriano received his JD, Magna Cum Laude, from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico, where he received the Outstanding Student in Real Estate and Registry Law (Mortgage Law), Outstanding Student in Notarial Law and Dean's List – (Class of 2002) awards. While studying in law school, he worked for Prof. Urrutia de Basora as an assistant professor in the Civil Code Review (Family Law).
Also, he participated and attended the summer program of the Ortega y Gasset Foundation in Toledo, Spain, Comparative Family Law and European Community Law, Amsterdam Treaty.
Before studying law school, Victoriano graduated from Universidad del Turabo in 2008, Cum Laude, with a BA in Social Sciences with a minor in Criminology. Before law school, Victoriano worked for the Puerto Rico House of Representatives Civil Law Commission.
