Virginia Lee Perez is an attorney that practices in Florida courts. She is an active member of the Florida Bar and is also admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts including the United States District Court for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the District of Columbia, and United States Supreme Court. Ms. Perez is also a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator and FINRA Dispute Resolution Arbitrator.

Ms. Perez earned a Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law and received a Certificate in International Commercial Arbitration Law and Practice from Hamline University in conjunction with Queen Mary, University of London. During law school Ms. Perez served as a Certified Legal Intern at FIU's Children's Immigration Clinic and Interned with Marriage Equality in Dublin, Ireland. In addition, Ms. Perez was on FIU's International Arbitration Moot team and travelled to Vienna, Austria to compete in the Vis International Arbitration competition. Throughout law school, Ms. Perez also played competitive rugby with the Miami Women's Rugby Club and served as President of the club. Ms. Perez is a Gator Alumni earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida with minors in Sociology and European Union Studies.

Ms. Perez is a proud member of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, Dade County Bar Association, and the Florida Bar's Real Property and Probate Section and has volunteered legal services through the CABA Pro Bono Project.

​Ms. Perez strives in competition, professionally and personally. Ms. Perez truly enjoys assisting her clients and providing them counsel to protect their interests. When Ms. Perez isn't helping clients in her law practice, she trains and competes in Rugby and Brazilian jiu jitsu. Ms. Perez knows that the best way to win in law or sport is by doing the necessary preparation and confidently using her atoned skills to get positive results.
