Virginia practices law at Hare Wynn Newell & Newton in Birmingham, Alabama.  She represents clients in personal injury cases, including mass torts, class actions, and wrongful death.  She earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Jacksonville State University, and completed post-graduate work in Literature at Jacksonville State University and the University of Alabama. In her graduate and post-graduate studies, her focus was Medieval Literature and the works of William Shakespeare.  She taught English for six years at Fort Payne High School.  While teaching, she was offered a Presidential Scholarship to Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama.  She attended Cumberland, and earned her Juris Doctor.  Virginia is originally from Cloudland, Georgia, and has lived in the Birmingham, Alabama area for 17 years.
