I am a first generation American and lifelong Houstonian.  My parents emigrated from Europe to the United States in the 1960's, and realized the American dream. Today, I fight to keep the American dream alive for my clients whose last resort may be a trial by jury.

100% of my practice is devoted to helping victims in injury and death cases.  I do not represent insurance companies or corporations.

I began my law practice with the international law firm of Shook, Hardy & Bacon, one of the largest law firms in the world. At this firm, I worked on product liability lawsuits brought against the major tobacco and pharmaceutical companies, and worked on a wide variety of commercial matters.

I earned my law degree from the University of Houston Law Center, where I was an Associate Editor of the Houston Law Review.  I earned my bachelor's degree in Finance, with Honors, from the University of Texas at Austin.

I live in Houston, Texas, with my wife Ofelia and my two children, Nikola and Isa.
