I am Andy Arnold.  I am a litigator, who has practiced law for 30 years.  Helping people fight back against those who have hurt them, fired them, or treated them unfairly is my passion.

Background

I am a Furman University graduate.  I graduated from law school at the University of South Carolina in 1992. After two years with a large labor law defense firm, I left to start my own practice.  My practice began as an employment and business litigation practice, which has represented plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts.  However, I have litigated all sorts of cases, including nursing home neglect cases, defamation claims, consumer fraud cases under the unfair trade practice act, fraud, and breach of contract claims.  I handle non-compete cases, business disputes/business divorce cases, and serious personal injury cases.

I have also argued appeals to both the South Carolina Supreme Court, the South Carolina Court of Appeals, the US District Court and the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals.

I offer litigation services to individuals and businesses.    In addition to being a lawyer, I am also a certified mediator.
