Warner F. Young III is a partner of Allred, Bacon, Halfhill & Young, PC. He was admitted to the Bar in 1984 after receiving his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. He is admitted to practice before the Virginia Judicial Courts and the Court of Appeals of Virginia.

Mr. Young is an experienced trial lawyer. He represents the seriously injured in professional negligence (medical and legal) and other personal injury cases. Mr. Young has particular expertise in representing people who have suffered traumatic brain injuries. His advocacy skills have led to many successful verdicts and settlements for the individuals and families he represents, including numerous verdicts and settlements of one million dollars or more both nationally and in Virginia. During his 34 years in practice, Mr. Young has been a frequent lecturer on evidence, medical/legal issues, and trial techniques.
