I am currently a partner in a 30-attorney NYC law firm and have also been the General Counsel of a publicly-traded company. I have a great deal of experience in all types of commercial transactions, litigation and disputes, business law, intellectual property and general corporate matters. 

I also have significant experience as a senior business executive, which I gained in my role as the head of the Sports & Entertainment division of The Topps Company for 6 years. In that role, I had P&L responsibility for the $150 million division, and led the product development, marketing, operations, finance and Internet teams. I led a major turnaround in that business, leading to a sale of the company in 2007.
