Attorney Sutnick has been practicing law since 1991. He is admitted to the Federal and State bar in New Jersey and New York. He is also certified in the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Warren is well respected amongst his peers and clients alike, receiving a number of respected awards over his years of practice. Since 2016, Mr. Sutnick has been chosen as a top Super Lawyer by Super Lawyers Magazine. He has also been included in 201 Magazine as a Top Attorney for several years. 

Before entering private practice, Mr. Sutnick was counsel at Morgan Stanley in New York City and Vice president at PaineWebber in Weehawken, New Jersey. Mr. Sutnick was a senior trial attorney in the homicide bureau of the Kings County District Attorney's Office in Brooklyn, New York, where he worked from 1991 to 1997. Over the years, he has lectured globally on topics involving money laundering and financial crime.
