Alan is a Birmingham Probate and Litigation lawyer currently practicing law at Hamer Law Group, LLC and offering services over numerous areas of law. Primary practice areas for Alan include probate administration, estate and trust litigation, construction law, and civil litigation.

Prior to entering the legal field Alan worked for over 10 years in the construction industry. He served as Project Manager, Estimator and Vice President of a Birmingham, Alabama underground utility contractor. He uses his past experience to create a unique insight into the complicated cases that he handles.

Alan Duke completed his undergraduate studies in Civil Engineering at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. In addition to the full-time practice of law, Alan serves as Adjunct Professor at Jefferson State where he teaches Contracting & Construction Law.
