Wayne H. Maire is the founding principal of Maire & Burgess. The firm was originally founded in 1983. Mr. Maire's practice emphasis is civil defense litigation. He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, general and products liability, automobile, casualty and surety law, professional errors and more.

Mr. Maire received his Bachelor of Arts degree at Brigham Young University in 1976 and his law degree at University of Santa Clara, School of Law in 1979. He was admitted to the State Bar of California and the United States Northern and Eastern District Courts in 1979. In 1986, Mr. Maire received the “AV” designation by his peers for being considered in a class of attorneys who are “Very High to Preeminent” in their field.
