With 21 years of experience working in the title and real estate industry, Wendy currently provides underwriting and legal support to 160 Stewart Title Guaranty independent title insurance agents and affiliate operations doing business in the state of Indiana. In addition to underwriting residential and complex commercial transactions, she is available to advise customers on title policy coverage and title insurance requirements. She also conducts training seminars and issues written guidelines for agent and affiliate operations on search, exam and underwriting requirements. Wendy is a frequent speaker on title insurance topics for various organizations including the Indiana Land Title Association, the National Business Institute, Lorman Education, Indiana Society of Professional Land Surveyors and the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum. She is also an accredited speaker for Realtor® education.
